Student Concerns, Complaints, and Grievance Policy
Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine (Noorda-COM) is committed to maintaining an environment where students are treated fairly, respectfully, and in accordance with College policy. Students are encouraged to communicate concerns as early as possible so they may be resolved promptly and at the lowest appropriate level. The College prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, raises a concern, files a complaint, participates in an investigation, or otherwise exercises rights under this policy.
This policy establishes the process for resolving non-Title IX, non-academic grievances involving alleged unfair treatment by the College or members of the Noorda-COM community.
This policy does not replace procedures established under other College policies. Matters governed by another published policy shall follow the appeal or review process outlined in that policy.
This policy was reviewed and revised June 2026. To view the full policy please see the Catalog/Student Handbook. For assistance with policies and procedures, please contact Alexa Levine (alexa.levine@noorda.edu).
